A new development spurred more fallout from the bribery and conspiracy investigation involving a former Green Country superintendent.

A grand jury indictment, unsealed Thursday, charged Eddie Bryson with perjury.

Bryson is a former employee of Windstream Communications.

The grand jury accused him of lying about who provided Broken Arrow superintendent Jim Sisney with an all-expenses paid trip to the 2007 Final Four basketball tournament.

Bryson testified he, privately, gave Sisney the tickets, but grand jurors say it was actually Windstream Communications that gave Sisney the tickets.

Windstream and Sisney were indicted late last month on bribery and conspiracy charges.

Sisney was fired from the district in 2008.
