Car Crash Brings I-244 Traffic In Tulsa To A Stop

A one car crash in the only open westbound lane of I-244 at U.S. Highway 169 brought Monday morning commuting traffic to a standstill.  

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says no one was hurt in the crash.

Because of barriers on both sides of that one westbound lane, thanks to construction, the car had to be towed away before the roadway was reopened to traffic.

The crash backed up traffic for several miles.
