A second employee of Victory Christian Center was charged with sex abuse Monday.

Court documents show that Israel Shalom Castillo, 23, was charged with lewd or indecent proposal to a child and use of a computer to facilitate a sex crime.

News On 6 has learned that, like Chris Denman, who was arrested on rape and molestation charges two weeks ago, Castillo did janitorial work on the Victory Christian campus.

Denman's arrest sparked an investigation into the ministry's handling of the allegations. Charges were filed Monday against employees of Victory Christian, who delayed in reporting the abuse allegations to parents or police.

Jail records show Castillo is not yet in custody.

A warrant for Castillo's arrest was issued Monday. His bond was set at $70,000.
