Ben Paulsen's sacrifice fly in the bottom of the eighth inning proved to be the game-winning RBI for the Tulsa Drillers in a 4-3 victory over the Frisco RoughRiders Friday night.
Paulsen's sac fly scored Jimmy Cesario to put the Drillers ahead, after Tulsa blew a 3-0 lead.
Josh Sullivan picked up the win for the Drillers, allowing just one hit in the last one and two-thirds inning.
Carlos Primentel took the loss for Frisco.
The Driller jumped out to the three-run lead early in the game, scoring two runs in the first and a run in the second.
In the first, the Drillers got on the board with three singles and a wild pitch, before a double play snuffed out the possibility of any other runs.
In the second, a double and a single put runners on the corner for the Drillers, and an RBI groundout from Warren Schaeffer scored Chris Pettit.
However, Frisco gradually chipped away at the lead, scoring a run in the third, fifth, and seventh innings to finally knot the score at three.
Tulsa avoided the sweep with Friday's win, and begins a new three-game series Saturday night against Midland at 7:05 p.m.
