Men Accused In Deadly Best Buy Shooting Plead Not Guilty

Willie Wise and Jeremy Foster each face two charges of first degree murder in the July 14th deaths of Scott Norman and Wes Brown.

A district court judge entered "not guilty" pleas for two men accused in a deadly shooting at a Tulsa Best Buy store.

Willie Wise and Jeremy Foster each face two charges of first degree murder in the July 14th deaths of Scott Norman and Wes Brown.

Norman was shot in the parking lot at the midtown store.

A stray bullet hit Brown, who was shopping inside the store.

Wise and Foster are being held without bond.

Their preliminary hearing is set for September 17.
