Strawberry Whipped Pie

Our dietitian Stephanie Harris with Hillcrest Hospital South has a recipe for Strawberry Whipped Pie

• 1 (.3 ounce) package sugar-free strawberry gelatin

• 2 (6 oz) containers fat free strawberry yogurt

• 1 (8 oz) container of Fat Free Cool whip

• 1 pint of strawberries

• Splenda

• Reduced fat Graham Cracker pie crust

• ¼ Boiling Water

Instructions:

1. In large bowl, dissolve Jell-O in to ¼ cup boiling water boiling water and Mix well.

2. With wire whisk, stir in yogurt and Blend.

3. Gently fold in Cool Whip and pour mixture into pie shell.

4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until Set.

5. Slice strawberries and toss with Splenda. *Serve with fresh strawberries and whipped topping
