Sentencing was delayed Thursday for a Kansas man who pleaded guilty to sexually abusing a 10-month-old Tulsa baby.
Roderick Donell Davis' sentencing was pushed back to July 20, due to an over-crowded court docket.
Davis pleaded guilty to two counts of child sexual abuse and one count of manufacture of child pornography.
Prosecutors say Davis molested the baby while taking pictures with his cell phone.
Davis was arrested in April and is being held without bond. He could be sentenced to life in prison.
