The city of Braggs have lift a boil order it put in place on Monday. Residents are still being asked to conserve water.
Braggs Town Clerk Rebecca Smith says after taking water samples this week, residents no longer have to boil their water before drinking it or using it.
On June 25, 2012 the Muskogee County community announced one of its four wells was not pumping enough water from an underground aquifer to meet demand from its 416 customers.
The next day, Braggs implemented a boil order, because of low water pressure.
