East Tulsa QuikTrip Store Clerk Robbed At Gunpoint

Two men threw a duffle bag at a QuikTrip clerk Friday morning and demanded money. One of the men had a gun.

Two men who held up a busy QuikTrip in east Tulsa early Friday morning are still free.

The pair were both wearing T-shirts over their faces when they ran into the convenience store at I-244 and Garnett. The men threw a duffle bag at the clerk and demanded money.

Tulsa Police say the pair were probably only in the QuikTrip for 20 seconds.

The incident happened at 12:48 a.m.

One of the men had a gun.

Police say there were 6 to 8 customers in the store at the time. No one was hurt. A police K-9 officer was unable to track the pair after they left the store.
