For the first time in four years, Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College will be represented at the College National Finals Rodeo in Casper, Wyoming later this week.

Levi Rudd, a freshman from Chelsea, qualified in the steer wrestling while Cody Carlin, from Neosho, Missouri, will compete in the team roping as a heeler.

NEO's Presidential Partners donated $1,500 to help defray the cost of traveling and entry fee expenses.

Rudd and Carlin will leave for Wyoming with their NEO Rodeo Coach, Kolby Ungeheuer.

In addition, Coweta resident Jake Self will be competing at the CNFR.  Self attends Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas and is a bare back rider.
