A man was rushed to a Tulsa hospital after being shot twice during an argument in West Tulsa late Wednesday.
Tulsa Police say the shooting occurred at 10:45 p.m.
Officers say a woman living in the victim's apartment at Park View Terrace Apartments near 61st and Union probably knew the shooter, but isn't talking.
Tulsa Police say they don't believe the argument had anything to do with a love triangle.
"Apparently there was an altercation between the victim and the suspect about an hour prior to that. Words were exchanged and there was maybe a couple punches thrown," said Tulsa Police Corporal Mark Secrist.
After the first fight, the suspect returned and shot the 49-year-old victim in the leg and the elbow with a handgun.
Tulsa Police expect the victim to survive.
Officers found three shell casings in the parking lot. Officers say residents at the apartment complex heard the commotion, but didn't see anything.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS.
