Tulsa Releases 2012 Spring Depth Chart

TULSA, Oklahoma – Golden Hurricane coach Bill Blankenship released the spring depth chart Monday afternoon, and junior Cody Green is at the top of the quarterback list.

Green had a big scrimmage recently and Blankenship said Green's time at Nebraska before transferring to Tulsa has served him well.

"We absolutely feel comfortable with both Cody and Kalen," he said. "There's no question that we'd feel good going into a game with either Cody or Kalen. I feel very confident that we have those two, and maybe two more that we would not be afraid to be playing against Iowa State in the season opener.

"But, if I'm choosing right now the edge goes to Cody. I think most of that edge comes from the fact that he's played in more games. It's the appearance that he has. He's a calm and poised leader."
