Marshall Virden, 54, is already charged with exploiting the elderly in Wagoner County. Now, a Ponca City couple has come forward saying Marshall Virden conned them too.

"Worked with seniors to get them to turn in, exchange life insurance products, annuity products in exchange for precious metals gold, silver etcetera," said John Doak, Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner.

Prosecutors say Virden also held special investment seminars to find victims. But, prosecutors say instead of buying the precious metals, Virden kept the money for himself.
