Ingredients
Chicken Piccata (chicken breast, fried in oil Piccata style with white wine)
Pushed out pizza crust (ours uses Marshall's Brewery Sundown Wheat beer in the crust)
Capers
Lemon
Butter
Olive Oil
Oregano
Garlic - minced
Mozzarella cheese 7 oz
Instructions
Push out your dough add melted butter and olive oil to pizza with pinch of garlic and oregano. Then add capers and the sliced fried chicken breast. If you want to use our exact crust, come by and get a Sundown Wheat dough ball from either store.
Top generously with cheese then bake on pre-heated pizza stone at 550 for 6 minutes or until the crust is a deep golden color.
