TULSA's CUSA chances? A crap shoot.

My prediction: Tulsa needs a miracle now.

The players said it themselves. If they play like THAT in the tournament, they'll be out on Day 2 (and that's only because they have did well enough in the regular season to get Day 1 off). After the game, Steven Idlet looked like someone just kicked his puppy right in front of him while wearing a "Santa isn't real" T-shirt. Jordan Clarkson was nearly killed by a collapsing table in the post game press conference.

NOTHING went right for Tulsa on Saturday.

Memphis is REALLY GOOD. Ask the past four teams who took the floor with them. Memphis is on fire. They've won the last four by 84 combined points. Oh, yeah. The conference tournament is in THEIR city.

If TU wants to go to the NCAA tournament they need to upset the Tigers in the finals. I doubt Memphis gets upset before the championship game. They are just TOO good. Tulsa will have an uphill battle against whoever they play no matter what round it's in.

Doug Wojcik said it repeatedly… TU is playing with no confidence. Hard to believe that this is the same team that began the week with a shot at the No. 1 seed in the league tournament. Now, they have to play from behind. If they face Southern Miss, they will have payback on their minds. They can win that one. If they face Central Florida, it will be a REALLY tough battle. UCF is a bad matchup for Tulsa. If TU has to face Memphis again, who knows.
