A stopped Keystone School bus was involved in a crash in the westbound lanes of state Highway 51 at 213th West Avenue Friday morning.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the bus was stopped to pick up a student when a westbound SUV struck the rear of a personal van driven by a Keystone School teacher.  The impact sent the van into the center median.

Troopers say the van driven by Carie Howard, 42, of Sapulpa was stopped because of the school bus' flashing red lights.

The SUV, driven by Kristie Webber, 34, of Mannford, also scraped the school bus.  No one aboard was injured.

The OHP says the teacher had her four children, ages 3, 7, 11, and 14 in the van with her.  Howard and her children were taken to a Tulsa hospital, as was Webber.  All were treated and released.

The bus continued on to Keystone School.  There were 32 students on the bus ranging in age from 6 to 14.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol closed the westbound lanes of state Highway 51 for over an hour while they investigated the crash scene.
