A Tulsa man remains in jail following his arrest Monday for the alleged assault and rape of a woman in her apartment Sunday evening.
Tulsa Police arrested 25-year-old Willis Sisco Monday after the victim identified his photo.
The alleged rape took place at in an apartment in mid-town Tulsa.
Jail records show Sisco knocked on the victim's door. The victim, thinking it was the father of her baby, opened the door. She said Sisco forced his way inside brandishing a knife.
Security at the apartment complex notified Tulsa Police on Monday that a man matching the suspect's description was at the complex.
Tulsa Police talked with Sisco and the victim. Police said the victim was acquainted with Sisco.
The report says she ID'ed Sisco, who was then arrested. The 25-year-old man has injuries from a car wreck that show in his booking photo.
Sisco was booked into the Tulsa County jail on complaints of first degree rape, first degree burglary, rape by instrumentation, forcible sodomy and aggravated assault and battery.
Bond is set at $147,000. His court date is set for February 29, 2012.
