DVIS Thanks Tulsa Businesses With Luncheon

A Tulsa charity served up lunch for some very special folks Friday.

Members of Domestic Violence Intervention Services or DVIS say they wanted to thank the 150 employees at Bill Knight Automotive and Farmers Insurance Group.

DVIS says the companies not only gave them a new van but packed it and five other SUVs with gifts for families in need.

"Otherwise a good number of these families would not have had any kind of a Christmas," said Virginia Cohlmia, DVIS board member.
