High-Speed Chase Through 3 Oklahoma Counties Ends With Arrest

A high speed chase involving several police agencies late Wednesday evening wound its way through three counties before ending in rural Rogers County.

A high-speed chase involving several police agencies late Wednesday evening wound its way through three counties before ending in rural Rogers County.

The chase started in Dewey when police began following a pickup truck reportedly stolen in their community.  The chase proceeded south on U.S. Highway 75.

After crossing over into Tulsa County, the pickup truck turned east on 156th Street North and eventually made its way to 146th Street North.

The pickup truck finally stopped after hitting a utility pole near the intersection of 146th Street North and 161st East Avenue in Rogers County.

Collinsville Police arrested the driver who was not hurt in the crash.

Speeds during the chase reached over 100 mph at times on U.S. Highway 75.
