TULSA, Oklahoma -- Police arrest a man officers believe shot up a house near 51st Street North and Utica Saturday afternoon, hitting one person.
Police say witnesses got a good description of the get-away vehicle, and officers spotted it a short time later.
The driver led them on a short chase until he crashed and ran into a nearby home, where he held police in a standoff for over an hour.
Police say the man who was shot was not the gunman's target.
"He is not affiliated with the gang or incidents we're having right now. He was shot one time in the arm. Unfortunately he was just at the wrong place at the wrong time," said Sergeant Sean Larkin of the Tulsa Gang Unit.
Police say the victim is going to be okay.
Officers say witnesses told them there were three shooters.
If you know anything that can help them track down the other two, call Crime Stoppers at 596-COPS.
