Lucky Shopper Wins $10,000 In Sapulpa

Thousands of Sapulpa shoppers gathered today for the chance to win $10,000.

News On Six Anchor Lori Fullbright helped pass out the prizes Saturday. They included two $1,000 drawings and, of course, the $10,000 grand prize.

This year's winner is Monte Keigley, a lifelong Sapulpa resident.

"I'm so excited I could just fly clear around the building," Keigley told The News On 6. "It's been so exhilarating. I've been here for years and years, and this is the first time I've ever won anything."

It was all a part of Shop Sapulpa, a yearly campaign to get people to spend their money locally during the holiday season.

Shoppers received a raffle ticket for every $10 they spent in Sapulpa.
