Academy Sports Rewards Tulsa Kids With Bikes

Some Tulsa students are getting a special reward for their perfect attendance. Academy Sports donated 30 bikes to Kerr Elementary at a special ceremony Friday morning.

The school will give the bikes to 15 boys and 15 girls during state testing.

"It's very rewarding even from getting the bikes in and having them assembled and bringing them out to the school," said Kim Geihsler of Academy Sports. "It's a very rewarding experience for all of us, especially at the holiday season."

This is the tenth year Academy has donated bikes to Kerr Elementary to use as rewards for kids.
