Luper Receives Second Player Of Week Honor

Oral Roberts guard Kevi Luper is this week's Summit League's Women's Basketball Player of the Week marking her second such honor in three weeks.

Luper scored 24 points and tallied six steals in 27 minutes of play in the Golden Eagles road win over Houston.

In their next outing against Missouri State the junior scored 17 points and pulled down five rebounds against the Bears.

For the week, Luper averaged 20.5 points, 4.5 steals, 3.5 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game. From the field she was 17-of-35 (49 percent) and shot 38 percent from the three point line.

This week's player of the week honor is the 12th overall of Luper's career.

ORU will take the court Tuesday, Nov. 29 for in in-town rivalry against the University of Tulsa at 7 p.m.
