A former Claremore Sequoyah high school janitor arrested for having sex with a 16-year-old student is back in Rogers County Jail.

John Edward Youngwolfe Jr., 42, was booked on complaints of violating of a protective order and attempting perjury by subornation.

Youngwolfe was arrested after contacting the teen through a third party and asking her to meet him at a city park, according to Deputy Jerry Smiddle of the Rogers County Sheriff's Office. During that meeting, authorities say Youngwolfe tried to convince the girl to tell law enforcement officers that she did not have sexual relations with him.

Officers were standing by and took Youngwolfe into custody for violating the protective order. The bond from his October arrest was based on obeying the order, so his bond is forfeit.

Youngwolfe was fired from his position at the high school the day before first arrest for rape on Tuesday, October 11, 2011. The student told deputies the sexual relationship with Youngwolfe started when she was 15.
