A cold front ushered in a big drop in temperatures across the state Sunday and was followed by a flash flood watch in several counties.
The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch through late Monday night for Adair, Cherokee, Creek, Delaware, Mayes, Muskogee, Rogers, Tulsa, Wagoner and other counties.

News On 6 meteorologist Dick Faurot said the flood watch anticipates a strong storm system moving into the area as the work week starts.
"This will provide not only widespread rainfall but the potential for locally very heavy rains," Faurot said in his weather blog.
"Not only that, but there will also be the potential for some of those storms to become severe." The primary threats are wind and hail.
"So, a cold raw day today with a slight chance of light rain, followed by another cold, raw day on Monday but rain, locally heavy at times, and possibly some storms will also be a good bet," he said Sunday morning.
The good news: temperatures should be moderating with warmer weather for Thanksgiving Day.
"In fact, Thanksgiving Day will be pleasant with morning temperatures in the 30s and afternoon temperatures in the 60s," Faurot said. "There will be lots of sunshine, but a gusty south wind of 15-25 will be a nuisance."
Another cold front is expected Friday night with a chance of showers and storms.
