Two Arrested, Two Others Sought In Muskogee Fatal Shooting

Muskogee Police have arrested two men and are looking for two others in connection with a fatal shooting in their city Friday, November 11, 2011.

Dawaan Norwood, 21, was arrested Wednesday morning when he turned himself in to police on a first degree murder complaint.

On Friday, police say Roshun English was shot to death near 4th and West South Boulevard in Muskogee.

A 16-year-old teenager was arrested shortly after the shooting.

Muskogee Police are still looking for Schiavone Anderson, 17, and Jacorey Billings, 20, both of Muskogee.
