New Restaurant Planned For Tulsa's Pearl District

TULSA, Oklahoma -- A Tulsa entrepreneur Blake Ewing broke ground Tuesday morning on The Phoenix Cafe at the corner of 6th and Peoria.

Ewing says the new restaurant will be located in Tulsa's Pearl District.

"The revitalization of the Pearl district is a testament to what happens when neighbors come together and realize the potential their neighborhood has to offer. I am honored to be a part of it," Blake Ewing said.

Blake says the Phoenix Cafe will always feature local art on the walls and will host live music, poetry readings, book clubs, and craft-making parties.
