TULSA, Oklahoma -- A failure in an underground cable caused Woodland Hills Mall to lose power Thursday afternoon.
According to Public Service of Oklahoma, crews have isolated the problem and are switching cables. They hope to have power restored by 4:00 p.m. Thursday.
PSO says only Woodland Hills Mall was affected.
