Tulsa Teen Charged As A Youthful Offender Following Walgreens Shooting

TULSA, Oklahoma -- A 15-year-old Tulsa teenager has been charged as a youthful offender in connection with a shooting October 7, 2011 outside a Walgreens store at 51st and Lewis.

Erick Villalobos was arrested the next evening by Tulsa Police after officers spotted a truck matching the description of that used in the shooting of 27-year-old Manuel Lara.

Police say Villalobos claimed Lara insulted his gang. No date on Villalobos's court hearing.
