Suspect Arrested In East Tulsa Shooting

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa police arrested a suspect Tuesday in connection with a shooting at the Brandywine Apartments Monday night.

Carlos Shelton faces charges for shooting with intent to kill and possession of a firearm. Police say Shelton shot Levez Ratliff in the chest.

Ratliff was rushed to the hospital and doctors say he could require emergency surgery. We don't have an update on his condition.
