TULSA, Oklahoma -- A second man police say was involved in the shooting death of a Rib Crib employee plead guilty Thursday.
Deonte Marshall waived his right to a jury trial and pled guilty on four robbery charges and no contest on a felony murder charge. Marshall was to stand trial Monday.
Police say Marshall and two other men, Isaiah Peevy and D'Andre Finnie, shot and killed 50-year-old Bud Stoddard during a robbery attempt at the Rib Crib at 16th and Harvard on May 20th, 2010.
Investigators say each suspect was masked and armed with a semi-automatic handgun.
Peevy was the first of the three to stand trial and was convicted on all counts, including felony murder last month. His sentencing is scheduled for September 26th, 2011.
