TULSA, Oklahoma -- Authorities say a Tulsa building fire early Monday was caused by an arsonist.
Tulsa firefighters were dispatched just after 4 a.m. to a building fire at 5 North Cheyenne. As they pulled up to the building, firefighters saw smoke pouring from the structure.
The fire appears have started on the outside of the building near the back.
Firefighters had to wait for PSO to turn off electricity to the building before they could enter and fight the fire.
The building housed a cabinetry business. A building next door sustained considerable smoke damage as well.
Tulsa Fire says this fire may be related to a fire at another structure within a block of North Cheyenne which burned Sunday night at about 11 p.m.
Investigators are sifting through debris at both structures to gather more information.
No one was injured in either fire.
Anyone with information about the fire Monday morning or the fire Sunday night can call the Tulsa Arson Hotline at 918-596-2776.
