TULSA, Oklahoma -- Three men were shot during an armed robbery in the parking lot of an East Tulsa apartment complex. The shooting happened just before 11 p.m. Friday at the Bradford Townhomes, 2190 S. 109th East Avenue.
The three victims had been socializing in the parking lot when three young men jumped over a nearby fence and attempted to rob them at gunpoint, according to Corporal R.W. Solomon with the Tulsa Police Department.
All three men were wounded and transported to Tulsa area hospitals where they are expected to survive. The robbers jumped back over the fence and fled the scene.
Tulsa police are still investigating the incident. They did not have detailed descriptions but said the suspects were three young men, probably driving a dark-colored sedan.
