New Monitors Could Warn Of Future Algae Outbreaks In Grand Lake

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Folks heading to Grand Lake may see something unusual floating in the water. Several new water monitors are in the waters around Pensacola Dan.

Grand River Dam Authority is using them to gather data about different water quality issues, including blue green algae.

GRDA will eventually make the information gathered from the monitors available on its website.
