Tulsa Man Sentenced In 2008 Manslaughter Case

TULSA, Oklahoma – A Tulsa man faces a long time behind bars after being convicted on a manslaughter charge.

Fifty-one-year-old Joseph Truskolaski was sentenced to 35 years in prison for the 2008 death of Theresa Montie.

Truskolaski is accused of abusing Montie in the past.

His defense counsel argued to reduce the manslaughter charge, saying their client didn't intend to kill Montie.
