TULSA, Oklahoma -- An Oklahoma City businessman accused of bribing a former superintendent of Skiatook Schools is free on bond after a hearing Wednesday morning.

Rick Enos, 59, is charged with four counts of bribery of a public officer or public employee.  The public officer in the case is former Skiatook Schools superintendent Dr. Gary Johnson.

Prosecutors say Enos sold overpriced goods and services to Skiatook Schools.

In July 2011, Johnson pleaded guilty to taking bribes, claiming he was paid nearly $30,000 in 2008.
