TULSA, Oklahoma -- The Oklahoma Highway Patrol arrested a motorcycle driver after he leads officers on a high speed chase in east Tulsa late Thursday night.
The chase began on U.S. Highway 169 at around 11 p.m. when an OHP trooper tried to pull the motorcyclist over for a traffic violation.
After getting on the highway at 11th Street, 34-year-old Kareem Meeks led the trooper south on Mingo and turned into a dead end street and crashed.
Meeks wasn't hurt.
The trooper took Meeks to the Tulsa County jail.
