MUSKOGEE, Oklahoma -- A Muskogee County Sheriff's Deputy has found herself on the other side of the law.
Police arrested Deputy Hazel Love Sunday after officers say she shot her service weapon while off duty and under the influence. Police say Deputy Love fired several shots during an argument with the man she lives with.
Love and Bronze Harrison were both booked into jail for public intoxication and domestic assault and battery.
Jailers cleared several cell blocks to protect Love after her booking. The deputy is now out of jail and on paid leave.
