BROKEN ARROW, Oklahoma -- Power has been restored to the city of Broken Arrow's water treatment.

City officials say they are now in the process of filling the water towers citywide.

Broken Arrow residents are free to resume normal water usage but they may notice a difference in water pressure until the tanks are full.

Storms that moved through Broken Arrow early Wednesday morning, knocking down power lines outside the city's water treatment plant.

Public Service of Oklahoma worked from Wednesday until early Thursday morning to restore damaged power lines.

The City of Broken Arrow will notify residents when the restrictions will be lifted.
