Owasso Police Investigate Deadly Shooting

OWASSO, Oklahoma -- Owasso Police are investigating a shooting that killed a 23-year-old woman over the weekend.

Police say Rachel Amanda Cook was found dead Sunday with a gunshot wound to her chest.

Family members called 911 after finding the victim in her home in the Lake Valley Addition area of Owasso.

Investigators are being tight lipped about the shooting and have not said if they believe the incident to be criminal.
