Van Lands In Hole, Driver Taken To Tulsa County Jail

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Police arrested a man after he drove a van into a hole at 11th and Yale early Thursday morning.

Tulsa Police say the driver was eastbound on 11th Street and was attempting to drive around a construction area at the Yale intersection, when the van fell into a construction hole in the roadway.

It happened just after 3 a.m.

Police booked the driver into the Tulsa County jail on suspicion of DUI.

He was not injured.
