TULSA, Oklahoma -- A convicted felon who has only been out of prison for a few months and was wearing an ankle monitor is back behind bars Wednesday evening.
Police say the ankle monitor helped them make their case.
Police say tracking from Ralph Biggs Jr.'s ankle monitor put him at a home that was broken into Tuesday morning.
They say he broke into the home through the dog door and took two TVs and a camera. They say he was sent to prison for the same thing last year when he served seven months of a three-year sentence.
Biggs was booked on a complaint of second degree burglary after former conviction of a felony.
