Trial Date Set For Man Charged With Burning Bartlesville Building

BARTLESVILLE, Oklahoma -- A former Bartlesville restaurant owner is scheduled to stand trial  next month, pending a ruling on a request to have the trial moved to another county.

Robert Boyce is charged with setting the fire which destroyed the May Brothers building in  downtown Bartlesville in August 2009.

A Washington County District Court judge set Boyce's trial for September 26, 2011.

A motion by Boyce to have his trial moved as not been heard.
