Police Identify Woman Killed In North Tulsa Hit And Run

TULSA, Oklahoma – Tulsa Police have identified a woman killed in a hit and run collision in North Tulsa over the weekend.

Police said Vickie Alexander was struck and killed in the 5000 block of North Peoria about 9:30 p.m. Saturday.

Police are still looking for the driver.  Witnesses described the vehicle as a newer model brown Dodge Durango. 

Officers found several black paint flakes at the scene.  Investigators believe the vehicle may be solid black or two tone brown/black.

The suspected driver was described as a black male with an afro.
