HARRAH, Oklahoma – Deer Creek’s winning streak moved to 13 straight after a 15-1 run-ruled victory against Harrah Tuesday.
With a 3-0 lead, the Antlers’ RossStracke belted a three-run home run to give Deer Creek a 6-0 lead. Deer Creek tacked on six more runs in the top of the fourth for a 12-1 lead.
Deer Creek pitcher Brian Anderson was one out from tossing a no-hitter. The Antlers gave up a single with two outs in the bottom of the fifth on a high pop-up in the infield, which dropped between the infielders.
