HENNESSEY, Oklahoma – A former basketball coach accused of two counts of second degree rape while working at Hennessey schools returned to his current job at Texhoma schools Thursday.
A former Hennessey female student and basketball player accused Ben Forsythe of having a sexual affair when he worked for Hennessey schools. Forsythe was arrested a couple of weeks ago at a school in Texhoma.
The 32-year-old has not been charged, so on Monday Texhoma schools allowed Forsythe to return to work as the girls' junior high and high school basketball coach.
The school superintendent said the school board made the decision on advice of their attorney.
