Kellyville Proves No Match For Nowata
The Ironmen get big nights from Trenton Glasscock and Jake Maggard in a 29-point rout of Kellyville.

KELLYVILLE, Oklahoma – The Nowata Ironmen continue to impress with a dominant 47-18 road win over Kellyville. Trenton Glasscock threw a pair of touchdown passes to help his team match last season’s win total.
The Ironmen led 20-0 at halftime and let the Ponies climb back in the game. Nowata fumbled twice in the third quarter and Kellyville cut the lead to 20-12.
Nowata answered with a 55-yard touchdown run from Skyler Fanning and an 18 yard touchdown pass from Glasscock to Greg Renfroe inside 30 seconds to play in the quarter.
Nowata pulled away for the win, punctuated by a Jake Maggard 75 yard kickoff return for a score to push the Ironmen ahead 47-18.
Renfroe finished the night with a pair of touchdown receptions and Maggard accounted for three total scores. Kolby Thomas has a big night rushing the football. Fanning scored twice on the ground.
The win pushes Nowata to 3-1 on the season. The Ironmen finished 3-7 a season ago. They will visit Sperry in Week 5.
Kellyville (1-3) has now dropped two games in a row and is just 1-23 in over the past three seasons. . They will travel to Dewey next week to take on the Bulldoggers.
