TULSA, Oklahoma – Lincoln Christian continued its dominance over Pawhuska with a 42-0 win over the Huskies at Dennis Byrd Stadium Friday night. The win gets the Bulldogs back in the win column after a nasty blowout home loss to Holland Hall in Week 3.
Quarterback Chris Turner powered in a 1-yard touchdown run just before the half to give the Bulldogs a 28-0 halftime lead. He would add another short touchdown run in the fourth quarter.
Lincoln Christian (3-1) joined the OSSAA in 2008, and has not lost to the Huskies since then. They are 4-0 in that span and have outscored their district rivals 179-6. The Bulldogs visit Chouteau-Mazie next Friday. Pawhuska (2-2) will host Newkirk.
