PURCELL, Oklahoma -- The top-ranked Cyri Lady Pirates had little trouble advancing to the area finals next week, defeating Earlsboro 63-26.

The Lady Pirates are now just one win away from a return to the state tournament.

Shelbi Skaggs had 16 for Cyril while Cassidy Boggs added 12.

Megan Malloy led Earlsboro with 13 points on four 3-pointers.
