EL RENO, Oklahoma -- Even after an impressive third-quarter run, the Indians were too much for the Antlers to handle, as they fell 63-55.

El Reno got off to an early start, leading Deer Creek 15-6 in the first quarter.

The Indians’ Chris Mustain scored only two points before getting into foul trouble, but his team led 28-16 at halftime.

Deer Creek switched gears, closing the gap and trailing by two points. The 40-38 score wasn’t held for long though.

Mustain’s second-half performance helped push the Indians past the Antlers. He scored 15 more points in the second half, ending his night with 17 total points.

Teammate Devante Moore put up 15 points, securing the game for El Reno.

Deer Creek’s Michael Ouddel and Garrett Hermanski scored 11 points each for the Antlers.
